At MYVOS® we use your data to improve your experience with us. If we don’t need it anymore, we’ll get rid of it. If you don’t want us to have it, you can let us know.

We will never disclose your information to third parties, except where it is part of our service to you (i.e. arranging an online clothes delivery, carrying out credit or security checks, etc), where we have your express permission to do so, or where it is required by law.

HOW WE COLLECT & USE YOUR DATA

At MYVOS® we collect a certain amount of personal information from you when you book our services or sign up to subscribe for our newsletter. By doing so you consent to us collecting this personal data. We hold personal information including your name, email address, phone number, and your postal address.

1. Your name and contact details, including your email, address and phone number:

  • For all correspondence regarding your booking.

  • With your consent, to let you know about our events, events we are associated with, our services, any other information we think you may find useful regarding Wardrobe Editing, Sustainable and Circular fashion and clothing.

 

2. Your payment information:

To take payments from you for our services.

To prevent or detect fraudulent activity - which protects you and us.

 

If you pay with cash or by bank transfer, none of your payment details are stored.

If you pay online using your bank details, these are stored on our system, but they are not available to be viewed by members of the MYVOS® team. They are only there so you can use them again.

 

3. Your contact history including emails, instant-chat, social media, feedback and reviews etc:

To help us improve our services and any products offer, give you the best personal support and to train our staff to ensure our quality of service.


 

HOW WE USE COOKIES

The above will not unsubscribe you from email correspondence regarding any pending bookings.

We’ll only keep your information for as long as you want us to. If you don’t want us to hold any of your data, you can contact us to request we delete it. 
 

Where required or necessary to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes or enforce our T&Cs, we will hold certain information even if we no longer need it to provide a service for you.
